Our Cattle are 100% grass fed and finished, which means that they are raised on their mother's milk as well as the forage they eat in the pastures. We also feed them supplemental hay during the winter. Any small amount of grain they receive is not part of a meal, but more likely a hand fed treat.

You'll find no antibiotics, no steroids, and no growth hormones.

Our cattle are humanely treated and taken directly from the pasture and to a local NCDA processor where it's packaged and vacuum sealed for freshness.

The average Dexter steer weighs 700 lbs (420lbs HW) +/- 50 lbs at 24 months of age. 
A whole beef will provide you with approximately 250-260 lbs of high quality beef.
